Refund & Cancellation

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹999. For orders up to ₹999, a flat shipping fee of ₹60 will be applicable.

We process orders within 1-2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

We ship through reliable, trusted courier partners to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Address changes can only be accommodated before the order is dispatched. Write to us at care@uvacha.in as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to update it.

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to weather, courier constraints, or regional disruptions. If your order is significantly delayed, write to us at care@uvacha.in and we’ll assist you.

Our courier partner will typically attempt delivery 2–3 times. If all attempts fail, the order may be returned to us, and our team will contact you to arrange redelivery.

Do not accept any shipment that appears tampered or resealed. Report the issue to care@uvacha.in within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear supporting photos and/or videos.
